MICHELLE TRACHTENBERG AS BELLA? IT ALMOST HAPPENED

Michelle Trachtenberg recently revealed that she was considered for the role as Bella in theTwilight movies! Michelle had already worked with Twilight's director, Catherine Hardwicke, and said "There was definitely interest here and there because there's only so few pale girls in Hollywood." But due to scheduling conflicts, Michelle had to bow out of the race.

Michelle doesn't seem to sad to have missed the chance of playing the role that every girls dreams of, she once played Dawn, Buffy's little sister, on "Buffy the Vampire Slayer." "I've already done the vampire thing," Michelle said. In the long run, it was probably a good choice for Michelle. She's a really talented actress and we'd be sad if she was only ever known as "the girl who did Twilight." We also think that Michelle would've been a lot better than KStew! (usmagazine).
